The family: a family of five
The brief: The family were moving out of their Newtown property for a year while it’s being renovated. This project had two components, decluttering some key areas (kids craft, bedrooms and bathroom) and provide organisation solutions that could be utilsed in the new property. The second part of the project was to provide a space plan for the kitchen and living room cabinetry mapping out exactly what would go into each cupboard. This was a four day project.
The feedback: “Lisa is fantastic! I have just spent a glorious four days with Lisa, as she carried out decluttering, curated, questioned, organised and sorted by four bedroom home in Newtown. She was knowledgeable, patient and also firm when I needed to be pushed a little into letting go of things I no longer needed or had way too many of. As a busy parent of three primary age kids, aswell as working full time, I could never find the time to go deep and really look at everything we have. Lisa was so caring and thoughtful, it made an incredibly daunting process very enjoyable, especially when she took all the discarded things away (either to recycle or to charity shops).
